These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by WR Zone (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to clients (“you” or “your”). By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

• We provide warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and third-party logistics (3PL) solutions.

• Services include storage, manual inventory handling, order processing, packaging, and dispatch coordination.

• Any services outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

2. Restricted Goods

For safety and compliance, we do not accept the following:

• Animals and wildlife products

• Drugs, hazardous materials, or controlled substances

• Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

• Counterfeit, stolen, or infringing goods

• Government IDs, licences, or securities

• Tobacco products

• Precious items (e.g., gold jewellery, gemstones, bonds)

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details about your goods (type, quantity, handling instructions).

• Ensure all goods comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Communicate packaging, labeling, and special requirements in writing.

4. Liability & Insurance

• While we handle goods with care, WR Zone is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs issues, natural events).

• Clients are strongly advised to obtain insurance coverage for stored or shipped goods.

• We will not compensate for prohibited or undeclared goods.

5. Fees & Payment

• Fees for pick-pack-ship, storage, and handling are outlined in service agreements.

• Payments must be made on time; late payments may result in service suspension or withholding of goods.

• All service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

6. Dispatch & Delivery

• We coordinate dispatch with client-approved couriers or through our logistics partners.

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

• Responsibility for goods transfers to the client once handed to the courier.

7. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.

• WR Zone may suspend or terminate services if goods are found to be unsafe, restricted, or improperly declared.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All client data (e.g., inventory records, contact information) is kept confidential.

• Data will only be used for service delivery purposes and handled in compliance with applicable regulations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the governing laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which services are provided.
